Granville Garden Expo Education Booth Application
We have a limited number of spaces for education-focus booths at the 2026 Expo. The details for the different types of booths are described below. The expo education committee will consider each application that is received by March 27, 2026 or until spots are filled. The following will be taken into consideration as approvals are given for applications:
- The order that applications are received.
- The topic being presented.
- The media being used to support the topic (informational posters, handouts, etc.)
- The possible use of hands-on activities to support the topic being presented.
Vendor Offering Education
- Vending permitted and encouraged
- Vendor fee dependent on size of booth. Prices given on Eventeney.
- Will be included on list of educational booths that is handed out at entrance
- If approved, must allow apply for vendor spot on Eventeny to guarantee spot at expo
Non-Profit Educational Booth with No Vending
- No vending permitted
- Vendor fee for non-profits offering education with absolutely no vending = $20
- Will be included on list of educational booths that is handed out at entrance
- If approved, must allow apply for vendor spot on Eventeny guarantee spot at expo
Teacher-Parent Sponsored
- Booth must be created by a student or group of students under the guidance of an instructor and based on research and experiments by the student(s)
- The students will have the opportunity to offer items for sale that support the concepts being presented.
- No booth fee for student-created booths (grades 1 through 12, college).
Granville Gardeners Sponsored
- Will be created by a team of students under the guidance of the GG expo educational committee. A workshop is scheduled for March 27th from 4:00 to 8:00 pm for interested students.
- Students must apply individually for inclusion in these teams. Must be available for workshop date and at least 2 hours on day of expo.
- Any money collected for these booths will support the mission of Granville Gardeners.
